Quality control is poor
I've never had an issue with Lulus before, shoes, dresses, anything. I received my shoes in an unwearable condition with dots on each shoe and cuts on the one heel fabric. Cannot get a refund without sending back the shoes and printing your own label at your own expense of paying AGAIN for shipping, like this was at all the customer's fault.
