Gorgeous Gown!

I won't be wearing this dress
I thought it would be cute for a formal event, but I think I am too small for the dress to look good. The chest and bottom is very ruffly and poofy. It kind of looks like a flamenco dancer costume and really overpowers my small frame. Betsy Navy Blue Ruffled Midi Dress
The dress is very cute! Took several trys to get the size right tho, I based my decision on what others has listed for size, weight, etc. however that didn't work for me.
