runs small

Cut but runs small!
I normally order a size XS in dresses from here which is the size I also ordered in this dress! I did end up wearing it to a wedding, but it was pretty tight in my chest and would've sized up to a small had I had enough time. True to size
I am 135 lbs and 5'10 pear shape. a size 4 in most dresses. I chose size medium because some reviewers wrote it runs small, but it was too big.
