Hit in all the wrong places

Disappointed
I carefully read the reviews for this dress and I am surprised it was not mentioned how poorly made it is. I can not lift my arms in the dress due to the cut and stitching of it and I'm not talking about the sizing, that is fine. I'm from Canada so I was charged import fees costing half the value of the dress. Ok, so I won't really be able to exchange this. Cute midi dress
Cute emerald green midi dress. High neck! The dress isn't as mesh/see-through at the top as the photo appears to be. The large was a little loose in some areas. Wore for a baptism at a church
