This is the cutest skirt to dress up or down. I did not buy the matching top, I just pair it with one of a hundred black crop tops I already own. Since the material doesn't have any stretch, I purchased using the sizing information for my hips (I've got a small waist, but a larger booty) and ended up getting a Medium instead of a Small.
