    Bad Transaction Bad Customer Service

    Medium size could hardly zip. I already returned my item. Please issue my refund at once and stop all future payments through Klarna

    Runs small

    It's beautiful. Color is gorgeous, quality is on point. I fit in a large in other Lulus clothing I've ordered but this jacket is tight. So bummed. Will have to go for the XL.

    Perfect fall/winter staple

    Super cute! Normally wear a large but sized up due to reviews. A little tight in the arms but overall great fit.

    Size up

    Love the jacket itself, but I had to return it. I'm a true medium, but this was too small on me. I could zip it up just fine, so it wasn't tight at all in that area but I felt very restricted in the arms/couldn't lift my arms fully. If you're like me and have a more muscular upper body than average, definitely size up!

    Love it!

    I have waited for this jacket to come back in stock for over a year and I finally got it. It was worth the wait. The vegan leather is super buttery soft and the lining is so nice. It's comfortable and feels so wonderful on. My husband approves saying it's pretty "sexy"! Can't wait for the weather to cool down so I can wear this.
