It fits slightly big. I purchased a larger size than I normally do because I wanted to make sure it would not shrink when washing. (In case I forget about it being dry clean only.) It smelled gross like chemicals when it first came, but air drying it out has helped a lot. It's really pretty and doesn't look bad on my petite frame.
