    Simple but Classy

    I had bought this dress for a black tie wedding and wanted something simple that I could dress up with an elegant hairstyle and jewelry. This dress definitely did the trick!     I had bought this dress for a black tie wedding and wanted something simple that I could dress up with an elegant hairstyle and jewelry. This dress definitely did the trick! I have bought other items from Lulus and I have found that if I follow their measurement chart I am a size large. For this dress I had bought a medium because I wanted to make sure it would be fitted. I ended up having to get it altered a little bit. The length and bust area fit perfectly but it was bunching around the waist and the seamstress said this was due to it being too tight around my hips. I believe if I had ordered a large this probably wouldn't have happened. The only downside that I found in the dress is that at the horizontal seam that connects the bust half to the waist the material liked to bunch up here. Other than that it was great! Overall, great dress and very easy to use for multiple occasions. - Hannah S.

    Cute but SO LONG

    I really wanted to like this dress- the color is gorgeous, and it looks so nice on everyone in the reviews. But when I tried it on at home, it was way too long even with 4 inch heels. The straps kept falling to the side, the top was super baggy and unflattering, and the bottom of the dress just kept dragging. It's a cute dress but definitely not a good look if you're my height (5'4) or petite.

    I wish there were tall & petite sizing

    I ordered this dress in a small and medium for my grad school formal. The medium fit better in the length but was way too big around the waist. I wound up going with the small, it hugged in all the right places.. but it was very short. The small would have been perfect if the dress came in a tall length

    A little loose

    This dress fit perfectly in every place, but there's no adjustable straps so I had to get them altered because they were too big and would fall to the side. Other than that it, it's a grey dress!

    Pretty dress but not for me

    This dress was great quality, that thicker material that lays nicely and fits snug (in a good way), but I think my upper body was a little too short, the straps didn't look right.

    Fitted

    Dark plum color indeed. Length perfect with 2-3 in heels. Stretchy fabric to hug curves. Thick quality material. $92 well spent. Only returned due to color didn't match my color scheme. Looking for burgundy color and this dress popped up, even though it's plum

    Great cocktail dress

    Bought this for a cocktail event and was so happy with it. Fit like a glove and was very flattering on. Fit true to size and agree with others, had to get it tailored as it was too long.

    Comfortable & Sexy

    I usually have to get my dresses hemmed because of my height, but this was the perfect length with 3" heels. The dress is very comfortable and super form fitting. I fit in the XS but I'm usually a S for lulus dresses- I think because this one has some stretch to it. The S fit fine too I just chose the XS because of my height (ordered both, returned one). Definitely recommend, especially for petite ladies!
