Sexy Dressed up or down

Comfy yet cute outfit!
I usually wear a small with Lulus but I've gained weight since I last ordered and the small definitely fit my upper body. The lower portion still fit comfortably but it didn't have the loose fit I would of liked! I didn't have time to exchange it so I kept the small. Still very comfy and cute!
