Brilliant colors

Stunning dress!!!
I am so glad I purchased this dress and cannot believe it was only $15. I ordered size XS and fits like a glove. Normally I am a small and even medium at times depending on the fit, but based on other reviews that it runs large I went with XS and it looks amazing on. Amazing dress!!
I wore to nieces graduation and posted a pic. At least 5 people wanted to know where I found this dress!! They all loved it and then when I told them I paid 22$ they couldn't believe it!!

Great after hemming
Thought it looked like a circus tent out of the bag but it fits perfectly. I made it into a bubble skirt by folding up the bottom until it reached the top of where the the ruffle starts and sewing it right to the backside of the ruffle's seam inside the dress. Now I'm obsessed with the dress and can't wait to wear it.
