    Lovely, but can come off as frumpy

    The dress is lovely, and material is of reasonable quality. I was expecting the dress to be tight, but it was quite comfortable with room to move with a little bit of room in the hips and waist. I really wanted to love this dress but found it looked a bit frumpy on me personally - potentially due to the high neckline or maybe the lace pattern.     Gorgeous dress

    Outstanding customer service

    I bought a beautiful dress on this website. I ordered a medium and it was too small. However, I contacted customer service and the lady was so helpful. She expedited my return and got me a larger size. The event I bought it for was in three days. She assured me it would arrive on time and was pleasant and patient the whole time.
