Perfect dress!

LOVE THIS DRESS
I bought this dress for New Years and it was absolutely perfect. I got so many compliments on it. Add black heels and your outfit is complete. You can go with a sticky bra or a black bra and be okay. Runs short - dissappointing
I ordered this dress for my daughters birthday party but it runs small. I would order at least 2 sizes up. The quality is good but was disappointing I couldn't wear this for the party.
