1st Time Buyer
I purchased 5 dresses and easily returned before I found the "one". I am going to a wedding in Thailand in December and wanted to find a dress that was beautiful, weather appropriate, flattering and no bra issue (meaning i did not want to wear one but still looked church wedding appropriate). Slit is too high
I ordered this dress for a wedding. While I'm short and knew it would need alterations for length, it had a really awkward fit on my body type. In order to make the torso sit in the right place, the straps would need to be taken up significantly (not unexpected). However, by taking the straps up, it lifts the entire dress up and makes the slit come up way too high for comfort. One quick movement and all would get a show!! I decided to return it... Love this dress but alterations needed!
This dress is absolutely beautiful! The band under my chest is extremely tight but nothing my tailor won't be able to fix. I ordered a small and I am truly a size 2 or 4. I may also add in some bra cups just for some additional support! Length is perfect and will go great with some embellished flat sandals!
