BEAUTIFUL - and slimming fit
This dress is super cute, stretchy, and forgiving. It's constructed of thicker fabric which helps slim you down. The ruffles give a bit of shape to the dress so there's some intrigue there. It's also a stunningly bright and vibrant blue like the photo. If you're expecting something darker, or closer to a navy, this color is going to be too bright for your needs.
