    Beware of Lulus Purchases

    I purchased several items to try for my bachelorette party. I returned most of the items in the order because I did not like the fit. I only received partial refunds and sent emails to customer service in order to follow up with no response. The clothes always look cute in photos online, but I will avoid purchases from Lulus moving forward. They want their items back 7 days or less, but won't issue refunds for items they acknowledge as being... Read More

    Great product and customer service.

    I purchased my usual size. Item arrived promptly. Was too small. I contacted customer service. They processed the next size up that same day and I received the replacement in 3 days. Returned the original purchase as per their instructions. Great experience. I will definitely purchase from this company again.

    Mother of the bride!

    First, I am a terminally ill cancer patient. My daughter got married 8/25/23. I am very thin because of treatment and I didn't know where to buy a dress that would fit me.     Rehearsal Dinner

    Loved this dress for my rehearsal dinner. It was the perfect mix of elegant and informal. I split a drink right away but because the base fabric soaked it up and the top lace was distracting enough, no one knew.

    Bridal Shower Tea Party

    I love this dress so much but sadly, I returned it. It was a little tight in the hips and zipping up the back. Its so beautiful I wish it did fit.

    No give or stretch

    I always fit in large-size dresses but the hips had NO give, I couldn't come close to fitting in the hips. Disappointing as I have never had a problem with Large. I couldn't exchange it for a larger size as the top fit perfectly. It would have been beautiful otherwise.
