Size down!

Too Much Fabric
There was just too much fabric in the chest area. It looked super weird. I think overall, it's an okay dress and maybe a smaller size wouldn't have been so bad, but I think if you are small chested it just won't look right. - Product Rating: 2 of 5 stars
Pretty color, but looks like pajamas
I wanted to love this dress. It was really pretty in the photo. However, when it arrived, the material looked like pajamas, and given the tiers of the dress, there was a lot of material.
