Super cute but too long in the torso area

Torso extremely long

It's a weird fit
I am an avid Lulus shopper. I buy from this site at least once a month and for the most part I'm a size small/medium in all their clothing. This particular outfit I wanted to love so bad, but it fits really weird on me. I've tried to make it work but I can't.
