Cute but runs very small

Got lots of compliments, usually a medium is a perfect fit but these are a bit snug in the waist.

Take me back to the 70s, but keep the ruffle!
Alright, so I know I'm petite, but when I read all of the other reviews it seemed the majority had a fit being small or perfect. I compared most of these reviews of those who purchased a size small and had measurements close to mine. I thought I would have the most perfectly fitting pants in XS. Very classy and sophisticated
My favorite pant ever I never thought high waisted pants will look this good on me, I love the fabric used to make this pant, I love the fact that I can iron it myself when I couldn't take it to the dry clean on time before Sunday for church, it's made feel so good about myself and love my look.
