Luxury Customer Experience!
Dress is perfect! More importantly - my package of ordered items was stolen and Lulu's customer service team were amazing and ended up shipping me everything again even though it was not their responsibility. They even sent them with rush delivery so that I could have them in time for an event I was attending. Above and beyond experience taking care of their customers. Love this dress!
I love this dress! It's so comfortable. It fits perfectly on my waist and flows nicely over my hips. I wasn't sure if it would feel too long since I'm 5'4, but I really like the length! It falls a couple of inches above my ankles, which looks pretty with heels or flats. I plan to wear this for a spring wedding!
