Weird in person?
I really wanted to love this dress (and I did online!), but when I put it on, the colors were more muted than in the picture, and I kind of felt goth. I showed my dad and he said I looked like Abraham Lincoln's wife with the whole ensemble . . . the ruffles did not help. With the right shoes and personality this dress may work, but if you are unsure, I would save yourself the hassle of returns!Response from Lulus.com: Hello Emily, thanks for your review! Loose Neck Area
I had to return this dress due to the hugely loose neck area. I'm not sure if this was just a defaulty piece and other dresses didn't have that but it looked terrible on me with the loose fitting neck. Everywhere else fit nicely although I'm short and it's a little long- not midi but not full length. I think it could be cute but just wasn't the right fit for me. - Product Rating: 5 of 5 stars

Fits like a dream but has room to spare if you need it.
I bought this for a late summer wedding this year, but it's so cute I want to wear it sooner! It is high quality, super flattering, and form fitting but not too tight. I love the vintage feel of the neck and the general style. Feels vintage but on-trend. Super excited to wear it!
