Cute dress, but felt baggy

Cute color
This dress I was disappointed in, the material was too stiff, and the sleeves were a little off. I got an XS and that was large on me. Loved this!
I'm very tall, so this was a bit shorter on me but I wore spandex shorts under it for when I bent down and it was still perfect! Loved this!
