I was told to get a large, shouldn't have listened
I asked for help from one of the customer service reps and they recommended me a large because of my waist. What I was unaware of was the kind of fabric that the straps are made out of. They are the same material that layers the top of the dress. It was so hard to get on because they have no stretch and you need help to tie the back. These straps are confusing
My straps do not look like the models. They are frustrating to figure out. The color is way more vibrant then the picture shows. I wanted a more subdued pastel look so ended up returning. Also, runs a bit big in the waist if you're a larger chest size.
