Not flattering on a small chest and not fond of the material
The top portion was loose on me, but I have a small chest. The cut was not very flattering on me, and I felt like the frills on the shoulders were a bit to puffy for my taste. Material is cheap!
Please, save yourself and don't get this dress. I spent half an hour steaming it and by the time I got out of the car, it was wrinkled. The thinnest, cheapest material. Dress Swallowed Me

Small and Thick

Big disappointment
It's absolutely off the size, too small and horribly wrinkled. I truly regret I ordered it.
