Wanted to love it
This dress is absolutely gorgeous, the colors are so vibrant and it's so close to being perfect. The fabric in the boob area was waaaay too lose, to where it just fell to either side and showed way too much to be comfortable. I'm not small-chested at all, so I have no idea who this is designed for. So sad to have to return it.
