A bit too small in the bust

Sizing issues
This dress is positively ADORABLE but it runs small in the waist. A large is 28" (according to the information I was given by customer service). That's not a large anywhere. I ordered the XL and I am currently waiting for it to arrive in hopes that IF the was it fits, I can just alter the top, since the dress was such a good deal (price).Response from Lulus.com: Hi Deirdre! Sleek and elegant

Bridesmaids dress
I got this as bridesmaids dresses for my wedding. Only one of the girls had to have hers taken in. She is tiny. The XS was a bit loose in the bust area.
