The band is not flexible at all. Everything else fit fine! Exchanged for a size up!

Perfect Dress- great fit!
I bought this for a wedding and it fits perfectly. It is a bit long so I'll have to hem it by at least 2 inches to wear with 3.5 inch heels. The dress is lined and the fabric is of great quality. The top is fits well for me as I'm small chested- I can wear with a strapless bra. Highly recommend for any special occasion!

Runs Really Large, Order Smaller
This dress has such a strange waist line that made my petite body frame look large. I ordered an XS but I wish they had XXS because the dress made me look like I was swimming in it. I think it's very appropriate as maybe a bridesmaids dress but wasn't thrilled about wearing it for a possible military ball. I AM returning this dress.
