Great Customer Service
I ordered these to wear to a wedding hard to find exactly what I want but Lulus had them!!! When they arrived there was a nick out of the toe on one shoe-very noticeable. I communicated with customer service via email. They apologized and asked when I needed them and got me a new pair in the mail with time to spare! Adorable but not super comfortable
A great little sandal, but I wouldn't wear it for more than a few hours unless you wear heels all the time. (Got some gnarly blisters on the bottom of my feet when I first got them) I have taller Lulus heels that are way more comfortable than these.Response from Lulus.com: Hello Shelby, thanks for taking the time to write a review!
