Not True to size

I hate these shoes
These shoes suck. Too narrow at the toe. Too wide at the heel. Didn't return in time to get a refund which I acknowledge is my mistake.Response from Lulus.com: Hi Vanessa! Heel strap isn't tight
These shoes are so cute and stylish, however, when I tried walking around my apartment in them, the heel strap kept falling down. I really wanted to love them, but I couldn't walk 10 feet without pulling the strap up. I ordered size 7.5, but almost always size up to 8. The 8's would have been huge. makes loud flip flip sounds
Loved the style, and the strap is comfy - wish there was a way to perhaps add one more strap bit added towards the back that keeps it from making flip flop sounds.
