The heel strap slips off.

Runs small
Shoes runs small and narrow. I normally wear a 8 1/2 I bought a 9. Shoe not comfortable.

Cute Summer Slingbacks
I brought these as well as the black ones in a size 10 as I cannot wear open-toe shoes to work. Unfortunately, the shoes were too small and my heel was several inches off of the shoe. I have purchased a few pairs of shoes, mainly heels and have never had a size issue. I wish size 11 was available so that I could exchange it. These would have been perfect to wear with slacks as well as with a skirt.
