Was sent USED heels!
Exactly what I'm looking for and super cute BUT I was sent dirty and obviously worn heels! The box they came in was damaged, and had a label stating "damage: worn soles" and the bottoms are dirty! I did get a discount for being a first-time user so I didn't pay full price but I want a portion of a refund for getting sent USED heels.Response from Lulus.com: Hello Catherine! So uncomfortable
Other reviews mentioned how comfortable these are and I can't even wear them around home without pain.
