I usually buy larges and shirts just because I like them to fit a a little looser especially if I'm going to be wearing it for work. After reading the reviews on here I decided to go with my normal size which is a medium and I am glad I did it is a loose-fitting shirt so if you're looking for something more fitting I probably even size down again.
