I ordered these boots as a Birthday gift for my bestie. I also tried them on, so I can attest that they are, in fact, true to size, very comfortable and look even better in person. One note to point out: My friend sprayed suede protection on the boot and the rubber sole got a bit discolored. You can see alight spray marks.
