These shorts fit just like on the model. I was skeptical of what size to order after reading reviews on these and other Levi's 501 shorts, but I thought these were true to size. Super cute shorts!

Not true to size
I was sooo excited to get this shorts and was extremely disappointed by the sizing. I ordered a 31 because I am typically a size 8 or 10 and I couldn't even button them and had to return. they run REAL small
i already went up one size per the reviews but i would say these are 2/3 sizes off which i wont order for the sheer fact i dont want that size taunting me in my closetResponse from Lulus.com: Hi Katrina! Big Waist
Looks really nice, haven't worn long enough to tell how comfortable it is. The shorts fit nicely everywhere except the waist: it gaps in the back, which means I would need to get it altered. Also not as high-waisted as I hoped.
