Heel completely broke off
The only reason these shoes got any stars at all is because I loved them, but the heel completely broke off as I was walking down a flight of stairs. I nearly broke an ankle because the heel came off. The shoes look great, but the quality isn't there.

Super Cute Boots
I bought these to wear to a wedding and not only did they look cute, but they were also comfortable enough to wear all night for dancing. I haven't been wearing heels lately so next time I wear them I probably would add a little insert to pad the ball of the foot for maximum comfort.
