    Too Big

    I sized down based on reviews of similar body types and was still swimming in this. If I hadn't returned it, I would have needed to have it hemmed (I'm 5' 7") AND taken in at the chest.

    Beautiful dress

    I have wore this dress twice already and it never disappoints. I get compliments and it a beautiful dress for gala and wedding event. I'm 5'4 and with high heels I did not get any problems walking around.

    Perfect fit

    Wears spanx

    This dress looks just like it does online! The problem for me is I have a belly so I would recommend spanx if you carry weight in the middle. Also it fits my chest well which was a concern. I don't have wide hips and it definitely hugs. Very good dress for women who like a mermaid shape.

    Beautiful and comfortable

    I wore this to a nonprofit gala and got lots of compliments! The velvet is a perfect fabric for a fall or winter event while still looking elegant and sexy. Super comfortable. I didn't have to shorten it with the heels I wore, so that was a plus!

    Comfortable and warm!

    This dress is very flattering on (I received a lot of compliments). It is also comfortable and the velvet material kept me warm during an outdoor wedding reception when it got chilly after sunset. It's stretchy so it's easy to move around in as well. Highly recommend!
