Just what I was looking for
I usually wear a 7.5/8 and got a 7.5 and they fit just right! The top is loose on my calf but I expected that and wanted that look. They're pretty comfy too!

Not wide enough in the calf...
These boots are cute and fun, but the calf circumference is 15". I couldn't pull them on my 16" calf. The material is synthetic, so they won't stretch out. I'm calling them true to size because I realize I probably qualify as a wide calf fit. They're pretty shiny, so I wasn't really loving them, but that's a personal preference.
