Had to return

Top of dress is strange

Super cute
The dress is super cute and flattering at the waste. I was reading the reviews and I saw that the dress ran a little bit big. I typically order a small for dresses that I buy on Lulus so I thought I'd get an extra small for this dress. Sadly, it didn't fit at my torso. But overall the dress is really cute!!
