Cheap and fake stuff
Everything that they sell is cheap stuff, nothing like in the picture, and if you try to return it their answer is, "No, it's [final] sale". One time, they just gave me a credit to the store, and the other time just said "No, we don't accept returns." That's ridiculous because I'm not spending a lot of money on something that you can find somewhere else for $5 like Shein. That's bad. Runs small
My dress size is a size 8 and I had to order an XL because I could not get the large to zip. The XL fits perfectly but the zipper doesn't zip smoothly, it gets caught up at the waist seam. This runs small especially in the torso length. Exchanged small for medium and it's perfect.
