    Dissapointed

    They're super cute and exactly what I was looking for, but unfortunately had to return them because the fit was weird. They were really tight and snug over the top of the foot, and had zero type of any stretch to them, and if I ordered a bigger size they would have been too big. They're just made weirdly. Very cute shoes though.

    Way too small

    Very disappointed. It runs very small and crushes your toes

    run small/ bad customer service

    Run small. I tried contacting them several times via their online chat during their live hours (couldn't call due to work) to process an exchange and all I kept getting was the same automated message. it was frustrating to say the least. Now I am stuck with boots that do not fit and that I can no longer return. Their customer service left a bad taste, so I don't think I will be buying from Lulus again.

    Simply Uncomfortable

    I ordered half a size up, per the reviews, but even so they just weren't comfortable, mostly in the toe area. These are incredibly cute, but just didn't work for me.

    Runs small

    Loved the look of this boot but runs very narrow in the ankle area, I couldn't even zip them up. Definitely order a size up!

    Cute, but too small

    Way too small. I suggest ordering a whole size up. They are super cute and look exactly like they do in the picture though.

    Runs small, and not the best quality

    Even after you break them in, they are very uncomfortable. Quality wise is poor. I know it was a reasonable price, but still kinda disappointed.

    this are so uncomfortable which it was very disappointed to me because I read in the reviews that they were comfortable, that is why I buy those. The run very small, I usually buy 8.5, I buy 9 because of the comments and still small for me.

    Would not purchase

    The shoes are so cute. Unfortunately, they are so narrow that I lose all feeling in my feet after wearing them for 10 minutes. The shoes are the right length, but are no where near wide enough. I have never needed a shoe in a wide size.

    Way too small

    I have been looking for a pair of suede boots for forever and these were perfect...except I could barely get my foot in they were SO SMALL. Adorable but size up 1/2-1 size for sure.
