I was so excited to wear these shoes for a wedding- but so disappointed that the black suede laces wouldn't stay tied. I tried double tying them, I tried clear hair bands wrapped around the knots to make it stay, I tried having other friends tie them for me. Nothing worked. I had to wear a different pair of shoes for the event and I was so sad and frustrated.Response from Lulus.com:
