White frilly romper

Super confusing to put on..
Great material but It's super confusing to put on.. have to zip it up then fish my arms and head through the top layer and then wrap it around and tie it.. Very pretty but short!!
Fit true to size except it was too short. Wanting to wear for my college graduation, so wanting it to be a classy, comfortable length. Flattering but runs small
Love this look but it definitely runs small. I usually can get away with a medium but this did not zip up on the side for me. With that being said since it's a wrap I'm able to hide the part that doesn't zip up. I wish I could exchange for an XL but apparently, it's not being made anymore :(
