Love this dress but it's big

I'm an XS in Lulus dress but this one ran fairly huge. I had to get it hemmed. Nice material. The dress is a tad heavy.

Pretty but decided to return

Not for small busts
Love the dress. The size fits but the bust area is very loose, had to go get it altered.
