Cloud Burst Ivory ruffled balloon sleeve
Gorgeous blouse!! Just one thing, the sleeves are very long a quite baggy. Thata why they call it a ballon sleeve. I'm 5 feet zip. Shorter arms. It's okay, I will keep the blouse because the rest of it fits perfect. I will have the sleeves taken in... I know crazy for doing that. Thats just me... SeaJay - Product Rating: 2 of 5 stars
