I NEVER GOT MY DRESS
I never got my dress. I reported it and I talked with customer service and they didn't help me, just said that maybe it was stolen. When I received a notification saying that it was with USPS, I went there and it wasn't so I lost $80 and had to get a new dress for New Year's Eve. Really bad service, brand, and everything.Response from Lulus.com:
