Flattering dress

The fabric wasn't great
I loved this dress in the picture but in person, it kind of missed the mark. The outer layer was odd/felt cheap. Was extremely lose around the chest area as well.Response from Lulus.com: Hi Shannon! Very Stiff
Bought this to wear to an upcoming wedding because I've recently gained a little weight and I thought the cut would be flattering in a way that hides my hips and tummy. It definitely does that, it's a very flattering cut! However, the material is soooo stiff I felt like I could barely move in it. It's heavy, but not in a high quality way.
