Nice dress but not for petite people

This is a beautiful dress. I listened to the reviews and bought one size down and it fits perfectly. With my proportions, I usually find it hard for things to fit my chest and not be baggy everywhere else. The straps are perfect length and the material is great (don't have to wear a bra.
