Fit didn't work for me
I did not keep this dress--the fit didn't work for me. The top half of the dress was too big, but the bottom half was very fitted. The straps were too long, the bust area was too large, the waist was a bit big, and the hips were slightly too small.Response from Lulus.com: Hi Julia, thanks for your review! Perfect Cocktail Dress
I have a wedding coming up labor day weekend that specifically mentioned "cocktail" attire. I saw this dress and thought it'd be perfect since it's sleek and sexy, but not overtly so. After reading reviews I ordered two sizes, S & XS. S is my usual and I felt it was just slightly too big, mostly in the chest/straps but still fit nicely. Loved the dress/Too small

It's nice but doesn't fit me right

Loved it but not for me

Not my favorite
I was hoping that this would be the perfect little black dress, but the sizing was very off. I ordered a small, which I wear in all Lulus dresses, and it felt so tight and unflattering. Runs large, size down!
I'm almost always a medium in Lulus, but I ordered a small in this dress based on reviews and I'm glad I did. It fits quite snugly (which I personally like), but in a way that is comfortable, and I think it would've been too loose in a size up. The straps are almost too long for me (which makes the neckline quite low), which is saying something since I have a slightly long torso, but I like the fit overall.
