Disappointed.
Love this dress. Had high hopes. Initially, I ordered a medium. It fit so beautifully everywhere, but it wouldn't zip. I considered waiting and hoping to slim down a smidge in time for the event, but I decided to size up. The large came, and it's loose. Was surprised by the difference in sizes. Too loose in the waist and bust. Really disappointed! Beautiful dress, 3 stars ONLY due to drastic difference in sizes.Response from Lulus.com: Hi Rachel, thanks for your review! Perfection
This dress is everything! So so happy with my purchase. I did originally order a medium. I order from Lulu's pretty often and am familiar with their sizing. Even still, I had to return for a large which was still snug in the bust. There is ZERO give in the bust/waist and it runs small in that area. It was worth the hassle of the return, however. Stunning!
I received MANY compliments all night long as a guest at a wedding. I feel like the actual color of the dress is not as vibrant as the picture makes it seem. It almost looks blue in pictures depending on the lighting. Since I am short, I had to hem the bottom of the dress, but I have to do this regardless anytime I order a floor-length dress from Lulus. Showstopper
Loved this dress so much. Wore it for a very glam wedding in Las Vegas. First tried the medium but I couldn't breathe. No stretch. Sized up to a large (sometimes I wear a large in Lulu's if there's no stretch) and it fits great!! The thin straps at the top did dig in by the end of the night but sometimes beauty is pain. Hah! One of a kind
I felt absolutely gorgeous in this gown all night long. I wore it to a very special event and received compliments all night! I loved this dress so much I also bought it in Emerald green for the annual holiday party! TOTALLY RECOMMEND!!!

Color is beautiful!
Emerald color is lovely and true to photo! However, the material is a bit thicker and studier/less light and fluid than it appeared in the photo. Not necessarily a problem, I should have read the description more closely. :) I'm quite short/hourglass shape and was worried this dress may overwhelm my height. Loved the dress, no hemming required!
I needed a long dress last minute for a ball and ordered a few hoping one would fit me without requiring hemming, as I'm only 5'3. This one was perfect with 3" heels. It was definitely a tad snug in the chest, with no stretch at all to the fabric, but the straps are adjustable. It just worked as long as I didn't wear a bra. The navy was darker than I expected, but, overall, it was perfect for what I needed.
