Beautiful skirt

Fabulous skirt
I truly love this skirt. I said that it runs small, but I'm not sure about that. I don't like my skirts up at my waist... I like them to fall and sit on my hips, so for this reason I ordered a medium and it sits exactly where I wanted it to sit down on my hips. The skirt is beautiful... the fabric is so very pretty. Material is a bit thin
