Never Arrived

Was eager to try a more formal jumpsuit for a party. Unfortunately, the shipping carrier never delivered it--they marked it as delivered but I was home and it never arrived. Lulu's customer service had to refund me because the jumpsuit was no longer available. Shame on Lulu's for using a cheap, unreliable shipping carrier. It's a lose lose for them and their customers.
